It was very stupid and really sucked.
I won't use up all my Bending playing with little children ever again

After the war I didn't have Bending anymore
Then I got it back again a few months later
But I can only use it for a total of 60 minutes every 24 hours.
Very annoying.
Usually it is easy to have lots of time to spare
But sometimes I forget when I am having fun

My injuries will be gone by mid-morning
After that it is just a few days of vertigo while my red blood cells replenish themselves.
So I will be fine to do stuff tomorrow afternoon as long as it does not require exertion
