Both of Callaghan's powersets require a bit of elaboration; with Power Theft and Incitement on his ticket, these both necessitate a degree of OOC communication and opt-in.
POWER THEFT;
--Requires physical contact + intent for initial grab, and additional contact for return. There isn't necessarily a sensation/warning that he's doing/done so, unless the nature of the powers would emphasize their absence.
----EXCEPTION; Callaghan can only hold one person's power(set) at a time. If he takes another's, then the previous set will automatically return.
--Vague through-original-owners-eyes sense/memory/idea of how to use said powers upon theft
--No time limit on duration [short of OOC discussion]
Therefore-
CAN CALLAGHAN NAB YOUR CHARACTER'S POWERS? If no, then you can go ahead and ignore the rest of this. I'll always touch base beforehand, though, if this is going to be a long-term thing.
IF SO, WHAT ARE THEY? Generally it's a pretty good mirror of the original wielder's, though there may be a few skews regarding appearance- I can figure that part out, though. Unless you can think of any fun nuances.
HOW LONG WOULD YOU OOCLY WANT THIS TO LAST? Unless it's an outright theft, Cal will probably only 'borrow' with the intent of returning when he's done with something, but I figure this is a good note anyway.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY OF CONTACTING YOU OOCLY? DW PM, plurk, email?
INCITEMENT;
--Instinctive knowledge of a character's 'berserk button'; conversational. Essentially, after a minute or so of conversation, Callaghan may find himself automatically homing in on something he doesn't actually know anything about, addressing an issue in the worst way possible. He has no idea of context, and he has no idea of the details behind it all, short of continuing to talk.
--This is the sort of power that will probably make people want to punch him in the face and I am granting advance OOC permission for anyone to do so based upon this. He'll probably start dodging after the first few times and if you've got super-strength we should probably talk a bit more, but seriously.
--No seriously 9/10 he's probably going to be angry/frustrated when this power comes in to play and therefore it will echo in the way it manifests, insomuch him addressing whatever Thing it is in a manner that will get the other angry/frustrated. Sometimes he can use it for good, though. Sometimes.
--THIS IS NOT A MIND-AFFECTING POWER. Your character is 100% free to respond however they normally will; however, Callaghan can be a tad vitriolic. If your character is super chill and would only snark back then by all means, but it's basically meant to get the strongest response possible.
----It's not really mind-reading, either; for the purposes of characters who have psychic powers and/or reason to defend themselves against such things, you can pull that in to play as a 'defense'; however, if you want, we can also bypass the defenses and go straight for the provocation. 8)
Therefore-
CAN CALLAGHAN GET A 'READ' ON YOUR CHARACTER FOR THIS POWER? If no, feel free to ignore the rest of this.
IF SO, WHAT KIND OF THINGS WOULD COME UP? Did they leave someone back home? Unresolved pools of guilt? Secret crush on profesHE DID NOT NEED TO KNOW THANKS
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU OOCLY WANT ME/CAL TO AVOID? While Cal [with this] can talk about things he doesn't know about, lbr, some things are better left unspoken.
WHAT'S THE WORST YOUR CHARACTER WOULD DO IN RESPONSE? Mostly as an OOC heads-up/warning for me.Baymax, destroy!

IF SO, WHAT WOULD THEY BE? detailed information is here, but in short: he has super speed/jumping; he can conjure a long spear out of nowhere with a flick of his wrist; and he can also summon Nemesis, his Persona, but she's a piece of his personality manifested so that might get complicated.
HOW LONG WOULD YOU OOCLY WANT THIS TO LAST? however long we decide on! it probably depends on timing and stuff
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY OF CONTACTING YOU OOCLY? PMing this account or on Plurk@squigstuff
CAN CALLAGHAN GET A 'READ' ON YOUR CHARACTER FOR THIS POWER? Absolutely yes.
IF SO, WHAT KIND OF THINGS WOULD COME UP? Unaddressed (or poorly addressed) grief over his mother's death when he was 9; unresolved anger about the fact that the incident was covered up; emotional wounds and regret over attempting and failing at revenge because the guy he was trying to kill died saving his life instead; struggling between "he killed my mom" and "he's actually a good person" and with having that guy be alive here; he's been depressed and verging on suicidal over this stuff for like two years now; he has absolutely no self-confidence and worries that everything he does is Wrong or horrible & he wants to be with his teammates but also believes he doesn't deserve to be there; he also has a power that involves shooting himself in the head to summon a monster named after the goddess of revenge so ya know. i'm sorry this is so long
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU OOCLY WANT ME/CAL TO AVOID? nah go for it!!
WHAT'S THE WORST YOUR CHARACTER WOULD DO IN RESPONSE? try to shove callaghan away and run tbh. he's so tiny it probably won't do much. maybe cry. his dog would start barking when he senses ken's distress!

It all depends on the circumstances though so if/when he nabs Ken's powers we'll cross that bridge, but until then!
