Both of Callaghan's powersets require a bit of elaboration; with Power Theft and Incitement on his ticket, these both necessitate a degree of OOC communication and opt-in.
POWER THEFT;
--Requires physical contact + intent for initial grab, and additional contact for return. There isn't necessarily a sensation/warning that he's doing/done so, unless the nature of the powers would emphasize their absence.
----EXCEPTION; Callaghan can only hold one person's power(set) at a time. If he takes another's, then the previous set will automatically return.
--Vague through-original-owners-eyes sense/memory/idea of how to use said powers upon theft
--No time limit on duration [short of OOC discussion]

--Instinctive knowledge of a character's 'berserk button'; conversational. Essentially, after a minute or so of conversation, Callaghan may find himself automatically homing in on something he doesn't actually know anything about, addressing an issue in the worst way possible. He has no idea of context, and he has no idea of the details behind it all, short of continuing to talk.
--This is the sort of power that will probably make people want to punch him in the face and I am granting advance OOC permission for anyone to do so based upon this. He'll probably start dodging after the first few times and if you've got super-strength we should probably talk a bit more, but seriously.

HOW LONG WOULD YOU OOCLY WANT THIS TO LAST? Short-term, so we can develop CR and reactions. 1 week. 2 at most? Depends on how things go. I should probably warn that Crane's an incredibly vengeful person if he feels he's been slighted or made a fool of, especially since crows mean something to him historically. Which might lead to Robert having a whale of a time. One might say he'll have a gas. But this isn't mandatory. Just a possibility of how Crane might react once the event's over and he has them back.

If he can incite Crane by showing these qualities ahaha god. He also hates stupidity/low intelligence/yahoos. He respects and values eduction. Also if you call Jung a pile of shit or disrespect his profession he'll kill you.

Electromagkinesis is defined: User can create, shape and manipulate electromagnetism which (with the exception of gravitation) account for almost all physical phenomena observable to the unaided human senses, including light and other electromagnetic radiation, all of chemistry, most of mechanics (excepting gravitation), and of course magnetism and electricity.
Hers is certainly not that powerful, so it mostly concerns with the latter two. Basically you can consider her like a young Magneto. The electricity is the weaker of the two, and has only manifested in flickering electronics every so often, but could be stronger one day. The magnetism manifests primarily in metal manipulation; she can move, shape, and otherwise affect anything made of metals. Distance depends on the ability and strength of the user, and the bigger an object is the 'heavier' (ie: Gogo can only tear down buildings in times of great stress, but is not at the point of being able to lift things like a stadium). Gogo can feel the magnetic energy and it registers as a buzzing on her skin, almost like a minor electrical current.

His fear of becoming a very bad person; his love for his dad and his little sister and his desire to protect them; the virus inside of him that he hasn't told anyone about (it reanimates him after death). there was a rape attempt in his past. nothing came out of it considering Rick gutted the man before anything could happen, but the man's death left a mark on Carl, made him started to think he has the chance to become a bad person

Cal's canon-familiar, but here's something he wouldn't know from watching the movies (it comes from supplemental material and the recent IDW comic): as a young professor, Doc was recruited to work on the Manhattan Project. The guilt from what nuclear power has done to humanity drives a lot of Doc's reactions to everything and distaste for being used as a weapon.
