then hesitates.

'Tadashi', after all, was the one who had asked him to the barn in the first place.

a few moments later, the message is deleted, the comm turned off completely.]

[After no response for a day or so, he tries to call and gets straight to voicemail... Not good.]

Professor, listen, I - I know what happened. And I know Hiro tricked you into going out there, but he wasn't himself.

[He almost sounds hesitant to hang up but... Anything else he'd say he'd rather say in person if he could.]

[sadly, he can't keep it off forever. eventually he has to turn it back on and clear off everything and he's reaching for the delete button when he hears 'I know what happened'.

for the briefest, briefest of moments, he wonders if Tadashi was a part of this, like Krei, like Hiro, like...he has to move away from everything for a while before he can bring himself back, and it's even longer before he can respond.]
